Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the winds (or angels or the Messengers of Allah) sent forth one after another. 1 And those that strike violently, 2 By those which cause earth's vegetation to revive; 3 and the severally severing 4 And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers, 5 to serve as an excuse or a warning. 6 Surely, what you are promised must come to pass. 7 So when the stars are extinguished, 8 And when the heaven is opened 9 When the mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust; 10 And when the Messengers are gathered to their time appointed; 11 For what Day are these signs postponed? 12 For the Day of Distinction [between the true and the false]! 13 Would that you knew what the Day of Decision is! 14 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 15 Did We not destroy the ancients, 16 Thereafter We shall cause to follow them the latter ones. 17 In this wise We do with the culprits. 18 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 19 Did We not create you from a base fluid 20 We then kept it in a safe place. 21 for an appointed term? 22 Thus We arranged. How excellent is Our arranging! 23 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle? 25 Both for the living and the dead, 26 And made therein lofty mountains, and given you to drink of sweet water? 27 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 28 GO ON towards that [resurrection] which you were wont to call a lie! 29 Go to the shadow with three ramifications, 30 which neither gives shade nor protects one from the flames. 31 and throwing up sparks as huge as towers 32 As though they were camels yellow tawny. 33 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 34 On that Day they will be speechless, 35 nor will they be allowed to proffer excuses. 36 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 37 'This is the Day of Decision; We have joined you with the ancients; 38 If now you have any strategy, use it against Me. 39 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 40

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
