In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit); 1 And those that strike violently, 2 By the spreading winds spreading. 3 thus separating [right and wrong] with all clarity, 4 and those (angels) dropping, reminding 5 to serve as an excuse or a warning. 6 that whatever with which you have been warned will inevitably come to pass. 7 When the stars are extinguished, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder, 9 and when the mountains crumble into dust 10 And when the time of the Noble Messengers arrives. 11 to what day shall they be deferred? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what could make thee conceive what that Day of Distinction will be? 14 Woe on that day unto the beliers 15 Destroyed We not the former folk, 16 and then follow them with the later folk? 17 Thus do We deal with the guilty. 18 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 19 Did We not create you of a mean water, 20 which We then let remain in [the womb's] firm keeping 21 until an appointed time? 22 So We decreed. How excellent are We as decreers! 23 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 24 Have We not caused the earth to hold within itself 25 For the living and the dead, 26 Have We not placed high mountains upon it and given you fresh water to drink? 27 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 28 (It will be said:) "Depart ye to that which ye used to reject as false! 29 Depart unto the shadow falling threefold, 30 Neither having the coolness of the shade nor availing against the flame. 31 and throwing up sparks as huge as towers 32 as black camels. 33 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 34 That will be a Day when they shall not speak (during some part of it), 35 Nor will they be given permission to present excuses. 36 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 37 That is the Day of Judgment. We will bring you together with all the ancient peoples. 38 If you have any plans, use them. 39 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
