Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By (the wind) those sent (as horses') mane (in succession), 1 storming tempestuously 2 and by the scatterers scattering (rain) 3 then the criterion (the verses of Koran), separating 4 and by those who reveal revelations (to the prophets) 5 To complete the argument or to warn. 6 Indeed, what you are promised is to occur. 7 So when the stars are obliterated 8 and the sky is rent asunder, 9 and when the mountains crumble into dust 10 And when the messengers are (all) appointed a time (to collect);- 11 For what day is that time fixed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 How will you comprehend what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 Then We will follow them with the later ones. 17 Thus do We deal with the guilty. 18 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 19 Did We not create you from a base fluid 20 then placed it in a secure repository [the womb], 21 For a known term? 22 And We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine. 23 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle 25 For the living and the dead. 26 And We placed therein lofty, firmly set mountains and have given you to drink sweet water. 27 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 28 GO ON towards that [resurrection] which you were wont to call a lie! 29 “Move towards the shadow of the smoke having three branches.” 30 Neither shady nor protecting against the blazing Fire. 31 it throws spits as (high as a huge) palace, 32 As if they were Jimalatun Sufr (yellow camels or bundles of ropes)." 33 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 34 That will be a Day when they shall not speak (during some part of it), 35 And they will not be permitted to put forth any excuse. 36 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 37 'This is the Day of Decision; We have joined you with the ancients; 38 If you now have any conspiracy, carry it out on Me. 39 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 40
