[But,] verily for the God-conscious there is supreme fulfilment in store: 31 Gardens and grapeyards; 32 and maidens with swelling breasts, like of age, 33 And a cup full (to the brim). 34 Therein they shall hear no idle talk, no cry of lies, 35 A reward from your Lord, an ample calculated gift (according to the best of their good deeds). 36 (From) the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and whatsoever is in between them, the Most Beneficent, none can dare to speak with Him (on the Day of Resurrection except after His Leave). 37 Upon the day when the Spirit and the angels stand in ranks they shall speak not, save him to whom the All-merciful has given leave, and who speaks aright. 38 That day is certain. So whosoever likes may prepare a way to his Lord. 39 Lo! We warn you of a chastisement near at hand; the Day when a man will look on what his own hands have sent forth, and the unbelievers shall say: “Oh would that I were utter dust.” 40
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The News (Al-Naba'). Sent down in Mecca after The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej) before The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
