The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By those (angels) that pluck out the soul from depths, 1 and those that blow gently, 2 by those that swim serenely 3 And those who race each other in a race 4 and thus they fulfil the [Creator's] behest! 5 On the day when the first trump resoundeth. 6 There will follow it the subsequent [one]. 7 hearts will undergo terrible trembling, 8 and their eyes shall be humbled. 9 They say: shall we indeed be restored to the first state, 10 after we have become bones and dust?" 11 and they say, "That indeed would be a losing return." 12 But verily, it will be but a single (Compelling) Cry, 13 and then, lo, they will be fully awakened [to the truth]! 14 Hast thou received the story of Moses? 15 How his Lord called him in the holy vale of Tuwa, 16 saying, "Go to the Pharaoh. He has transgressed beyond all bounds. 17 and say, 'Will you reform yourself? 18 that I may direct you to your Lord and then you hold Him in awe?'” 19 So he showed him the great sign, 20 but the Pharaoh rejected it and disobeyed (Moses). 21 He then turned away, striving in his effort. 22 And assembled (his council) and proclaimed, 23 Then he said: I am your lord, the most high. 24 you pay attention 25 In this, behold, there is a lesson indeed for all who stand in awe [of God]. 26

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
