Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 then he who transgressed 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 Your Lord alone knows when it will come; 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
