[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see - 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
