Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 and preferred the present life, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) are only a warner for those who fear it, 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
