Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 Those who have rebelled 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
