Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 Those who have rebelled 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
