What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? (You are not bound to tell them) 43 Your Lord alone knows when it will come; 44 You (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) are only a warner for those who fear it, 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
