Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
