(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And preferred the worldly life, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the Day when they see it, they will feel as if they had tarried in this world for only one evening or one morning. 46
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat). Sent down in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
