What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
