Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 But how are you to know? 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46
