Al-Takweer
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
When the sun is folded up, 1 The stars turn dim and scatter, 2 And when the mountains are made to pass away, 3 and when she-camels big with young, about to give birth, are left untended, 4 And when the wild beasts are gathered 5 And when the seas are set afire. 6 and when all human beings are coupled [with their deeds,] 7 and when the female infant buried alive is asked 8 For what sin she was killed? 9 the records of deeds are made public, 10 And when the sky is torn away, 11 When the Blazing Fire is kindled to fierce heat; 12 and Paradise is brought near, 13 (Then) every person will know what he has brought (of good and evil). 14 So verily I call to witness the planets - that recede, 15 That run their course (and) hide themselves, 16 and the night that falls, 17 and brightening morning, 18 This is indeed the recitation of an honoured Noble Messenger. (Angel Jibreel – peace and blessings be upon him.) 19 Owner of strength, of established dignity with the Lord of the Throne. 20 who is obeyed there and is worthy of trust. 21 Your companion is not one possessed: 22 And indeed he saw him on the clear horizon. (Prophet Mohammed saw Angel Jibreel in his true shape – peace and blessings be upon them). 23 And this Prophet is not miserly upon the hidden. (Allah gave the knowledge of the hidden to the Holy Prophet – peace and blessings be upon him.) 24 Nor is it the word of an evil spirit accursed. 25 So where are you going? 26 This is naught else than a reminder unto creation, 27 to every one of you who wishes to tread the straight path. 28 but you shall not, unless Allah wills, the Lord of all the Worlds. 29

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
