Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the sky is split, 1 And when the stars fall down. 2 And when the seas are erupted 3 when the graves are overturned, 4 every soul will see the result of its deeds - those recorded before his death and those which will produce either virtue or evil after his death. 5 O man! What has made you careless concerning your Lord, the Most Generous? 6 who created thee and shaped thee and wrought thee in symmetry 7 In whatever shape He will He could surely have fashioned you. 8 Nay! but you give the lie to the judgment day, 9 But verily over you (are appointed angels) to protect you,- 10 noble recorders, 11 They know whatever you do. 12 As for the Righteous, they will be in bliss; 13 And the Wicked - they will be in the Fire, 14 Roasted they shall be therein on the Day of Requital. 15 And they shall by no means be absent from it. 16 How can you comprehend what the Day of Judgement is? 17 Again would that you only knew how terrible it really is! 18 It is the Day when no one shall have the power to do anything for another, and all command shall be Allah's. 19
