The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Woe to those who are fraudulent in (weighing and measuring), 1 Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, exact full measure, 2 But when they measure out to others or weigh out for them, they are deficient. 3 Think they not that they will be resurrected (for reckoning), 4 Unto an Awful Day, 5 The day all mankind will stand before the Lord of all the worlds? 6 No! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in sijjeen. 7 And what can make you know what is sijjeen? 8 It is a written book. 9 Woe on that Day to those who belied it, 10 Those who belie the Day of Requital. 11 for, none gives the lie to it but such as are wont to transgress against all that is [and are] immersed in sin: 12 who, when Our verses are recited to him, says: “Mere tales of olden times!” 13 They will never have faith. In fact, their hearts are stained from their deeds. 14 Nay, verily, from [the grace of] their Sustainer shall they on that Day be debarred; 15 Then, verily they will indeed enter and taste the burning flame of Hell. 16 and who will be told, "This is what you had called a lie". 17 Nay! Most surely the record of the righteous shall be in the Iliyin. 18 Ah, what will convey unto thee what 'Illiyin is! - 19 A record of good deeds written. 20 witnessed by those brought nigh. 21 Lo! the righteous verily are in delight, 22 [resting on couches, they will look up [to God]: 23 You will recognise in their faces the brightness of delight. 24 They will be given to drink pure sealed wine. 25 its seal is musk, for this let the competitors compete; 26 It (that wine) will be mixed with Tasnim. 27 a spring at which those drawn close to God will drink. 28 Surely they who are guilty used to laugh at those who believe. 29 and winked at one another as they passed them by. 30 And when they went back to their people turned to make fun of them; 31 and when they saw them, they said [scornfully], "These men have surely gone astray," 32 Whereas they were not sent over them as watchers. 33 But on this Day the Believers will laugh at the Unbelievers: 34 while reclining on couches and reviewing (the bounties given to them). 35 Will not the infidels pay for what they had done? 36
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
