The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By the heavens with constellations, 1 by the promised day, 2 And [by] the witness and what is witnessed, 3 Perish the fellows of the ditch, 4 Fire supplied (abundantly) with fuel, 5 while they themselves sat around it 6 and were themselves witnesses of what they did with the believers. 7 Against these they had no grudge except that they believed in Allah, the Most Mighty, the Most Praiseworthy, 8 To Him only belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is a Witness over all things. 9 Verily those who affected the believing men and the believing women, and then repented not, theirs shall be the torment of Hell, and theirs shall be the torment of burning. 10 Surely for those who believe and do the right are gardens with rivers running by. That is the greatest success. 11 Surely thy Lord's assault is terrible. 12 Behold, it is He who creates [man] in the first instance, and He [it is who] will bring him forth anew. 13 And He is the Forgiving, the Loving, 14 Lord of the Throne of Glory, 15 Performer of what He desires. 16 Have you not heard the story of the hosts 17 of Pharaoh and of Thamood? 18 Nay, but the unbelievers still cry lies, 19 And Allah is after them, has them surrounded. 20 Nay; but this is a glorious Qur'an, 21 upon an imperishable tablet [inscribed]. 22
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
