The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the heaven with its impregnable castles; 1 And [by] the promised Day 2 and by the witness and what is witnessed: 3 Cursed be the makers of the pit, 4 The people of the fuelled blazing fire. 5 when they were seated around it 6 and were themselves witnesses of what they did with the believers. 7 They had naught against them save that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Owner of Praise, 8 to whom belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and earth. And Allah is the Witness of all things. 9 Those who persecute the believing men and women without repenting will suffer the torment of hell and that of the burning fire. 10 Verily those who believed and worked righteous works, theirs shall be Gardens whereunder the rivers flow; that is the supreme achievement. 11 The vengeance of God is terribly severe. 12 Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats. 13 He is the All-forgiving, the Most Loving One, 14 the Owner of the Throne, the Glorious One, 15 Doer of whatsoever He intendeth. 16 Hath there come unto thee the story of the hosts 17 Of Pharaoh and the Thamud? 18 In fact, the disbelievers had always rejected (Our revelations). 19 And Allah is after them, has them surrounded. 20 Nay, this is a Glorious Qur'an, 21 (Inscribed) in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (The Preserved Tablet)! 22
