The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the Sky and the Night-Visitant (therein);- 1 And what could make thee conceive what it is that comes in the night? 2 The very brightly shining star! 3 There is not a soul that does not have a guardian over it. 4 So let man see from what he is created! 5 He was created from ejaculated water 6 issuing from between the backbone and the breastbone: 7 Surely He is able to bring him back 8 On the day when all secrets will be made public, 9 and he shall have no strength, no helper. 10 By the heavens, ever-revolving, 11 And the earth which splitteth (with the growth of trees and plants) 12 Most surely it is a decisive word, 13 And no trifle. 14 They (disbelievers) plot every evil plan, 15 but I too plan against them. 16 So give a respite to the disbelievers. Deal you gently with them for a while. 17
Almighty God's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
