The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This indeed is what is taught in the former scriptures -- 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
