The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds). 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
