Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who created and shaped, 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 but the most wretched shall avoid it, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
