The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 Who will burn in the terrible Fire, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 But the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
