Al-A'alaa

The All High (Al-A'alaa)

19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who created and shaped, 2 who determined and guided, 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 He who fears will mind, 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
