Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 that weighed down your back? 3 And exalted thy fame? 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
