Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
