Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
