Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 And exalted your fame? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 And make your Lord your exclusive object. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
