Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
