The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the fig and the olive! 1 The Mount Sinai, 2 and by this city (of Makkah), a haven of peace: 3 We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, 4 Then We render him the lowest of the low. 5 except the believers who do good works, for theirs shall be an unfailing recompense. 6 Who, then, can give the lie to you, (O Prophet), about the Reward and the Punishment? 7 Is Allah not the Most Just of judges! 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
