In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Recite: In the Name of thy Lord who created, 1 Has created man from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood). 2 Read - for thy Sustainer is the Most Bountiful One 3 Who taught by the pen, 4 taught man what he did not know. 5 Yes indeed, man is surely rebellious. 6 Because he sees himself self-sufficient. 7 Surely your returning is to your Lord. 8 What do you think? Have you seen he who forbids 9 a servant [of God] from praying? 10 Hast thou considered whether he is on the right way, 11 Or had enjoined piety, (it would have been better)? 12 Have you thought that if he denies and turns away, 13 Does he not know that Allah does see? 14 Yes certainly, if he does not desist, We will seize him by the forelock. 15 A forelock that lies, is sinful. 16 Then, let him call his assembly, 17 We shall call on the guards of Hell. 18 No, indeed; do not obey him! Prostrate and come nearer (to Allah). ۩ 19
