Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 And what shall teach thee what is the Night of Power? 2 The Night of Honor is better than a thousand months, 3 Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by Allah's permission, on every errand: 4 Peace it is until the emergence of dawn. 5

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
