Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

We sent this (the Holy Koran) down on the Night of Honor. 1 And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is? 2 The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allah in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months, (i.e. 83 years and 4 months). 3 The angels and the spirit descend therein by the command of their Lord with His decrees for every affair. 4 It is all peace, until the rising of the dawn. 5

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
