Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
