The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8
