The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" - 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
