The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

Almighty God's Truth.
