The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
