The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 and earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
