The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8
Almighty God's Truth.
