The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
