The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That Day it will declare its information (about all what happened over it of good or evil). 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
