The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
