The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
