The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
