The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 Penetrating deep into the armies, 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11
