The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
(I swear) by the snorting chargers (of the warriors), whose hoofs strike against the rocks 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
