The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 And to that fact he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
